Maintaining and organizing your Chart of accounts (categories) and matching receipts. Transaction questions are sent weekly or monthly to ensure I understand your transactions correctly.
RECONCILING BANK ACCOUNTS
Ensuring your bank records match what is on the books. Resolving
discrepancies found in banking such as duplicates or missing transactions.
FINANCIAL REPORTS
Preparing your key financial statements--this includes a Balance sheet, Income Statement (Profit & Loss), and the Statement of cash flow. Custom reports can be added based on your business needs or per request as an add-on.
VIRTUAL REPORT MEETINGS
This is our chance to review the key financial reports to keep you up to date on your latest business finances. This keeps you accountable for your business goals and growth & gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. Meetings are held via Zoom for up to 1 hour.
ANNUAL REPORTS FOR TAXES
We create records & reports to ensure you have all the correct information you need to pay GE taxes, Federal Taxes, & State Taxes on time. We can help give instructions for paying your GE taxes along with tax payment reminders. For Federal & State Taxes the reports we give you will allow you to easily provide that to a CPA for an effortless preparation & filing.
JOURNAL ENTRIES
Entering items that need to be manually input such as opening balance equity, owner contributions paid with a personal account, and any transactions that need to be manually entered.

You can expect us to request your bank statements at the beginning of each month along with sending some questions to clearly understand all of your transactions. The quicker I get information the sooner I can get your reports to you.
